U-Boot booting RTEMS

OK the patch to U-Boot should show up on the public CVS in the next
couple of days. U-Boot passes its info structure in R3 (PPC only at the
moment, i have no other hardware) and the BSP should copy that
information very early, i do that in the start.S and use a tuned U-Boot
header file to get the structure layout and size.
