Error building RTEMS - Possible tools config error

I spoke too soon. That link did not work. I ended up with an error
i386-rtems-g++: "-c" is not a valid option. So I have a problem in the 
way I configured the tools to start with.

No - it did not finish (after about 1/2 hour of building)
