Intel EtherExpress driver

Does anyone have an estimate of the amount of work it would be to get 
the if_fxp.c driver to work with a device with PCI tag 8086:103B?  The 
driver at the moment supports only 1209 and 1030.  I tried just adding 
the entry to the table, but succeeded only in completely locking up that 
section of the network here.
