Compile only webrom

I'm working with rtems 4.6.0pre5 under cygwin and working on some web 
pages.  When I modify webrom.c it I can't figure out how to compile that 
module only and relink.  It takes me about 10-15min. to build and that 
makes iterations very slow.

The cygwin rtems build seems to be very fragile, also, with builds not 
always successful followed immediately by a successful build.  Has anyone 
made any progress in this area?
