cygwin sparc 4.6 binutils corrupted

Hi,

I downloaded the sparc binutils binary for cygwin and the following files in
the archive are of size 0 bytes:

ar.exe
as.exe
ld.exe
nm.exe
ranlib.exe
strip.exe

This makes it a bit tricky to verify the operation of the toolset, doing a
sparc-rtems-gcc -v -c f.c
generates a permission denied when trying to execute as.exe since it is of
size 0 bytes.

The location of the archive on the ftp server is
/pub/cygwin/rtems-4.6/rtems-4.6-binutils-2.13.2.1-2/rtems-4.6-sparc-rtems-bi
nutils-2.13.2.1-2.tar.bz
