RTEMS host is alive

Hi

After putting the machine back online Tuesday, we saw some further 
problems with the break-in and decided to go ahead with our OS upgrade. 
  Unfortunately, tailoring all the services took longer than expected. 
GNATS is not working yet and the rtems.com site search index will 
regenerate tonight.

Let me know of any other issues that you discover.  I'm sure there are some.
