If you are on Linux, you can use apt or yum and fetch the patckages
that way. For an RPM to install the info for the RTEMS apt
repository:
http://www.rtems.com/ftp/pub/rtems/linux/redhat/7.3/i386/rpms/rtems-4.7/rtems-4.7-apt-conf-0.0-0/
The newest RTEMS RPMs that I am currently testing with
are (and replace sparc with your CPU):
$ rpm -qg RTEMS/4.7 | grep sparc
rtems-4.7-sparc-rtems4.7-gdb-5.2-2
rtems-4.7-sparc-rtems4.7-binutils-2.15-1
rtems-4.7-sparc-rtems4.7-gcc-gcc3.3.5newlib1.12.0-2
rtems-4.7-sparc-rtems4.7-c++-gcc3.3.5newlib1.12.0-2
$ rpm -qg RTEMS/4.7 | grep auto
rtems-4.7-autoconf-rtems-2.59-2
rtems-4.7-automake-rtems-1.9.2-1
Ralf is testing newer versions of everything.
Right now, I want to get a 3.3.5 that I am reasonably satisfied with
before moving on to territory that is probably more broken.
The latest tools are available from here if you are not using apt/yum.

Grrr... I broke it adding 4.6.2 and no one reported it. I accidentally
did not have a ";;" at the end of a case option. It should be fixed now.

See above. I suppose I need to fix dl-helper to give you a hint
on snapshots. But yum is the ticket.
