4.6.2 Released

Hi,

RTEMS 4.6.2 is now available.  This release addresses 34 PRs and adds
the RTEMS NFS client from Till Straumann to the Add-On Packages.

Most of the 34 issues addressed are minor cleanups, improvements,
or better argument validation.  There are a very few bugs addressed
in RTEMS proper and a handful of BSP or device driver specific fixes.

I think everything is updated on the website about this release.
If you spot anything wrong, please speak up on the list so we can
work to resolve it quickly.

Please report successes with particular BSPs on the Wiki.  It
will be very helpful as we move forward to know what BSPs are
actively being used.
