Your login is a WikiWord like JoelSherrill.  But...

The permissions model appears to be such that any existing user can
add a new user.  As you want an account, email the list and
someone will add you.

The procedure seems to be:

   + FindPage for desired user name.
   + It isn't there.
   + Click on the "?" and add it.  Save that.

THis creates an account without a password.  Please goto User
Preferences and add one when you are told you are enabled.
