Timer server problems

Are you seeing problems that you think have been fixed or asking if
there are known and ignored problems?

Unless there is an open PR with a patch, all known issues are fixed.

Checking the history graph in CVS web on the files in question is
a good way to see if anything of interest has happened.

What are you seeing?
