Recommended tool versions for Cygwin host?

Hi all,

I want to have a Cygwin/RTEMS cross-compiler with remote debugging 
(ethernet), supporting C and Ada95 for an i386 target.
Any recommendations of which versions/patches to use, to get a good and 
reliable toolchain for this combination?

I don't mind having my machine compiling the toolchain for a day or two, 
as long as the result is reliable.
