libcsupport question ( about tcflush.c )

Hi,

In /rtems-4.6.2/cpukit/libcsupport/tcflush.c, the tcflush fonction do 
nothing (  it return 0 only ).
I use a custom BSP based upon mcf5206elite, actually that is a problem 
because I need to flush
the console ( in and out ) for my application.

Must I implement this function myself ?
Or other way is needed ?
