Not sure. It could move as software has control over the chip select and 
was typically remapped at reset from 0 to something else so the RAM 
could live at address 0 (no VBR).

What value does the "> rom" add in this case other than saying you have 
overflowed the region ?

Not sure. Does the other BSP support ethernet ? I know a variant of the 
68302 did.
