I386-PC586 on Dil/NetPC

Ralf and Chris thanks for the help. Nevertheless I am still not able to run 
the most basic hello.exe example. I think I have to give up and try to find 
another solution.

The grub144-image runs on my AMD Athlon and in Bochs without problem. It runs 
not on my Dil/NetPC probably because the fallback to COM1/COM2 is not enabled 
if no screen is available.

The hello.exe I compiled by myself runs on my AMD Athlon but does not run in 
bochs and on Dil/NetPC.

I forced console to COM1/COM2 in console.c and connected another workstation 
to COM1 and COM2 of my AMD Athlon to see whether this works. I expected to 
receive any printk via COM1 and hello messages via COM2. This does not work 
either.
