Thanks for fast reply. I didnot want to pollute list with fuzzy questions,
but I have not solved that from reply information and because I have other
issues with new CVS RTEMS version, I have moved to the other tasks.

I have been returned onto right track by next notice:

The "automake-1.9.5-rtems-20050303.diff" and "automake-1.9.5.tar.bz2"
fully solved incorrect bootsrap problem. Thanks again.
