PSIM and MP tests -- anybody got working?

Possibly but it may not be.  Does it hang for a while and then die?

I went back to the old 4.6 gdb which I thought had a working sem/shm 
driver in it.

mp01 has limited communication between the two nodes so there isn't any 
failure
if they don't communicate. 

mp02 really has the tasks interacting in a simple way. 

I need to be able to gdb and see what is up.
