RTEMS References Page Now a Wiki Page

Hi,

In the hopes that people will help this grow, I have
converted the RTEMS References page from HTML to be
part of the Wiki.

It is much easier if YOU add your own papers, theses,
published presentations, website articles, etc.  that
reference RTEMS.  I really have to dig to do it and as
you can see, I haven't really added to this list in a
couple of years.

I know there are MANY papers and presentations that
are not on the bibliography.  Please add the ones you
known about.

Pitch in and update the list.
