sp16 on arm error

Hi,

can anyone running rtems on a arm arch confirm that sp16.exe is running
fine?
i've tried with rtems-4.6.99.3 and latest toolschain, no matters what i
change in my linkscript/bsp config
Task3 fails on a rtems_region_get_segment returning INVALID_SIZE.

btw: I tried on two differents bsp, no differences.
