The 3rd argument of RTEMS_BSPOPTS_SET is the default value.
If you want to override the default, then you need to derive a new BSP
from the existing one.
If you want to pass a specific value to a BSP, you can pass it through
the environment at configuration time.
./configure --target=<mytarget>
make RTEMS_BSP=
make RTEMS_BSP=<mybsp> XXXX=<value>
