Does it have the Motorola PPCBug monitor?  The instructions in 
c/src/lib/libbsp/powerpc/motorola_shared/README.MVME2300
should be fairly close.

But I would hope that one of the nice people out there with an MCP750 
(Greg.. hint, hint..) can provide
more specific instructions.
