Hi,

The time has arrived.  Things have settled
out enough where it is time to branch. 
This will aid in letting things settle more.

If you want to work on the 4.7 branch you
will need to checkout using the rtems-4-7-branch
tag.

Otherwise you will be getting the CVS head.
