csb337 rtems build error

Hello,
I am new to rtems.I want to build rtems for my csb337 board.
But when I build rtems,the error as below.I don't know what is wrong!
I need a help.I am using MinGW Tools for Windows , rtems4.8-tools-16.exe and rtems4.7.99.2.
