Gdb configuration and compilation

Hi,

the gdb configuration you are referring to is outdated. RPC based
debugging has been implemented years ago and unfortunately has not been
maintained.

Try the gdb agent implementation from Till Straumann instead, you may
want to search the rtems mailing list archive for references.
