ticker of csp337 works well

After i implemented the full features of AIC,then ticker works well.

I will subbmit a patch for skyeye later.There is not any problem with
bsp of 337.
but just cause skyeye has not implemented the function of real
hardware completely.

In at91rm.h ,the macros has not been translated to unsigned number,and

for example #define AIC_SVR AT91RM92_AIC_BASE0+128 .I think it is dangerous.
