4.7.0 Status

Hi,

Since I will be gone this afternoon, I see no point
of moving the /private/4.7.0 image to a public place.
Plus I don't have time today to up date the website.

Unless someone objects, I will move it and announce
4.7.0 tomorrow. 

I am starting a build sweep on my 4.8 tree and will
start cutting 4.7.99.1 in the next couple of days.

If someone sees a reason, I shouldn't do this speak. 
Otherwise, I am going to crank the release machinery.
