Problem when installing 4.8 using yum.

that wiki page is based on your initial instructions that were
until yesterday at www.rtems.org/apt.html and www.rtems.org/yum.html. 
I spent yesterday moving technical content from static web pages to the
wiki and these was two of them.

It is probably badly out of date since I only wiki-ized it. 
If you don't mind, please take a stab at fixing it so it is current.
