Virtex BSP and configure questions

Hi Thomas and all,

In the README, there is this statement:

    When this BSP should run on a different hardware, a path to the
    proper "xparameters.h" can be provided on the "configure" command line.


Two (simple?) questions:

   1. What is the syntax for this?  (I forgot, and I can't seem to find
      it...)
   2. Given that I've already built RTEMS, how can I determine what
      options were used for configure?
