CVS Head Slushy, Please Test and Fix Warnings

Hi,

In the interest of tidying things up before
we branch, some extra warning flags have been
temporarily turned on. 

Please build the BSPs you use, fix warnings
and other issues.  Then report whether they
can run tests or not.

Please please help nail down the last issues
before branching.
