SYSCTL fails

The node tree has not been initialised.

After. Look at rtems_glue.c:208. It calls sysctl_register_all from the 
networking task once everything else has been set up.

The sysctl node pointers are placed in special sections and this call takes 
those nodes pointers and builds the sysctl tree.
