patch for monitor

Just found an issue with libmisc/monitor in cvs head: when source is
configured with --disable-posix, mon-object.c fails to compile:

../../../../../../rtems/c/src/../../cpukit/libmisc/monitor/mon-object.c:130: error: 'RTEMS_MONITOR_OBJECT_PTHREAD' undeclared here (not in a function)
../../../../../../rtems/c/src/../../cpukit/libmisc/monitor/mon-object.c:131: error: '_POSIX_Threads_Information' undeclared here (not in a function)
make[5]: *** [monitor/mon-object.o] Error 1

can someone run their eyes over this patch please + submit if ok.
