4.9 Branching Status

Hi,

AFAIK the ARM bug discussed yesterday on the list
is the only stumbling block for branching 4.9.  All
other outstanding issues seem to have been resolved.

Does anyone else have a problem preventing
branching?

Please test on your hardware and pass along any
BSP specific fixes you might be holding.
