GSOC Student Deadline Reminder

Hi,

Someone pointed out to me that the Student application
deadline is specified in UTC and PDT.  Be warned!!

http://code.google.com/opensource/gsoc/2008/faqs.html#0.1_timeline

states it is:

March 31:
/5:00 PM PDT //
/00:00 UTC April 1, 2008/

So let's work to finish those proposals up and be sure to do
the timezone math correctly.
