I think it is much better than what I saw last night. And your mail-list
works fine.
One more advice, keep your Abstract small. It looks to me that the abstract
and Detailed Description are the same now. You should say it in clear and
short words about what you will do, what is your overall agenda, what is the
benefit of doing this, ( and maybe how you will do this) etc
