Need sources for libc

Obviously 4.6 is very old and you will get limited help on
the list. Worse, you are using a preview and the gcc version
doesn't match that used with the released versions.
The key information is:
newlib-1.11.0-20030203
which indicates you start with newlib 1.11.0 and add the newlib 1.11.0
RTEMS patch dated 20030203. I would assume that newlib 1.11.0 is still
on the ftp site as part of the 4.6 RPM distributions. I do see
newlib-1.11.0-rtems-20030507.diff on the ftp site. But apparently
the patch with the preview is not there anymore. It may be in OAR
archives. You can't keep everything online or the bandwidth and
disk space shoot through the roof.
OAR offers legacy support for 4.6 and 4.7.
