sparc-rtems-gdb error

Hi every body, 

I'm working on 4.8.1 RTEMS version 

I'm trying to use sparc-rtems-gdb.
But when I try to launch it I've got the message 
	Error while lauding shared libraries: libreadline.so.4: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory

After checking the tools tree I found nothing!!

I really need to debug my job, how can I use gdb and which version should I
use?
