Binutils update proposal

Hi,

I added a feature to the GNU linker:

http://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=7031

It would be nice if we can add this to the current RTEMS toolchain. With this
feature it should be possible to provide a general purpose linker command file
which can be used by many boards.
