where are patch files for binutils 2.18 to build RTEMS 4.9.3?

Always look in the contrib/crossrpms/patches.  The newest patches
for the branch you are looking at are always there.

History.  And it helps if you need to remove the old patch before
installing the new one.

If starting from a fresh untar, use the newest.
