ANN: Renaming gcc-testing CVS module to rtems-testing

Hi,

gcc-testing has grown considerably in
scope since it was created.  I have thought
it needed to be renamed but Chris poked
me about it and that confirmed it.

It is now named rtems-testing.

I have attached a script which should be
run inside a checked out directory to
fix the CVS information.
