Coverage Analysis Reporter Updated

Hi,

Jennifer has worked very hard on enhancing the
reports available from the Coverage Analysis
Reporter.  There are a few issues left to address
but things look pretty good.  This version
has:

+ Text Reports
+ HTML Reports with sortable tables
+ Branch Taken/Not Taken Reports
   - x86, lm32, powerpc, and coldfire
+ Per Method Coverage Summary Report

You are looking at reports dated 21 May and 22 May.  It
takes ~24 hours to generate a full set of reports.

Please review and make comments.  This infrastructure
is an important part of the RTEMS Project.
