Final Call for Review: Modular SuperCore Scheduler

Hi,

Gedare Bloom's Google Summer of Code project was
to refactor the SuperCore to produce a Scheduler
handler.  This is a prerequisite on the way
to supporting SMP and alternative schedulers
like EDF (which he has implemented for RTEMS).

He has continued to work with me to resolve the
final issues and I think this code is ready
to merge.  If you want to review it before it is
merged, please go to:

If nothing turns up and the final performance numbers
are OK, I expect to merge this code within the next week.
