Running the Bootstrap Script under MinGW

I have extracted the RTEMS 4.10 Label from CVS as detailed:

http://www.rtems.com/wiki/index.php/RTEMS_CVS_Repository

I am now attempting to run the bootstrap script:

http://www.rtems.com/wiki/index.php/Quick_Start

However I receive the following errors:

Any ideas?
