Running the Bootstrap Script under MinGW

Sebastian provided a copy of M4 1.4.7 after installing M4 1.4.7 I now get
the following error

/usr/bin/m4: unrecongized option --gnu

Any ideas I have been battl;ing trying to build either 4.9 or 4.10 under
windows for a while now :-(
