Ethernet Layer communications

You hit it. I have to implemet an 'ip in ip' tunnel and there is the 
question to do it with RTEMS or do it without. I looked for raw sockets 
rather than bpf. But the stack does not support it.

I'm very interested in coordinated efforts.
