[PATCH][rtems-testing] add gcj test support for RTEMS

Hi,

As a part of "RTEMS port of the GNU Java Compiler" project[1], I
should augment scripts in rtems-testing for gcj.
And the libjava patch has been merged[2], I think it's time to send
out the rtems-testing patch, the patch has been attached.
