ANN: Advance discontinuation notices

Hi,

* Fedora 14 will have reached its end of life
2011-12-08, i.e. Thursday this week[1].

* openSUSE is scheduled reach its end of life
2012-01-16 [2].

As on similar occasions before, the toolchain repositories targetting 
these 2 distros will be removed soon after these distros' end-of-life 
dates and be redirected to other, hopefully sufficiently compatible distros.
