RTEMS 4.10.2 Available

Hi,

I have just finished up placing RTEMS 4.10.2 on the
ftp site.  There were 48 issues with Bugzilla PRs
committed between 4.10.1 and 4.10.2.

As a reminder, if you are using an older RTEMS version
and need support, please contact OAR.  OAR back ports
fixes to the 4.6, 4.7, and 4.8 branches and makes
new releases from those branches available to
support customers.  These are not publicly available.
