Google Code-In Second Round of Tasks

Hi,

I just uploaded our second round of tasks.
If you want to mentor or suggest a task,
today is the day to do so.

In the first round, we proposed 39 tasks and
29 of them were taken and completed.  I added
32 more tasks to the set.

Mentors, be sure to look at tasks you are mentor
for and check the box to get email notifications. :)
