C Users Manual needs update

Hello,

 

I’ve noticed that the C Users Manual for RTEMS 4.10, on its item
‘rtems_clock_get’, describes the old version of clock_get (RTEMS 4.8.1 and
previous), that is not supported anymore. The new five or six directives,
that replace the old version, are not present on the document.
