Given RTEMS has a centralised model we have to work this way.
People have looked into git as a possible VC for RTEMS how-ever I cannot
see a change occurring until we have the repository cleanly converted
and a suitable model established and agreed to.

I have no issue with this if any bug fixes are quickly merged back into
the up stream. This could be patches attached to a PR. To me this is the
central point in this thread.
