Milkymist support patches

Hi,

could anyone review and commit those small patches which are needed for
the Milkymist software to function properly on RTEMS?

* https://www.rtems.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1822 - Cast parameters
of lm32_interrupt_* to uint32_t
* https://www.rtems.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1823 - Add new
framebuffer ioctl to switch video modes
* https://www.rtems.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1824 - Keep
rtems_shutdown_executive() parameter

(Those are the only ones that I need except the updated BSP drivers
which will come soon)
